A closed loop you can taste.
Leftover wine grapes become the base spirit for our gins. Spent botanicals feed local livestock. Kitchen scraps turn to compost for the vineyard — and the whole thing starts again. Sustainable practice that actually tastes like something. When four makers share one address, nothing goes to waste.
How it works
The shed says yes.
Ticketed dinners, gin blending sessions, live jazz Saturdays — plus long tables under the eucalypts for twelve mates or two hundred. One of the most unique event spaces in the Clare Valley wine region. We'll handle the wine, beer, gin, food and most of the bad jokes.
